Because we wanted to get married in London, we wanted to pick a date our most valued guests would be able to be present. That means we won't get married on our preferred date, 5 November, exactly 12 years after our first date. It took a bit of planning to find a date that is also available at our location, but we finally picked one!
Robbert found the location already in 2012, when he went for his interview with his current boss. Robbert suggested we'd have dinner first, before booking it, and fortunately it was amazing!
We both fell in love with the Sheridan when we saw the painting on the ceiling. We've both spend quite a lot of time looking at the ceilings in musea and we don't need to discuss to decide this is the perfect room for our ceremony!
Unfortunately, the room is way to small for the party with the number of guests we have in mind, so we'll move to the Pembroke Suite after the ceremony. The advantage is, that it is very well isolated, which means a party until after midnight!
